A lot of people are going to jump into the new Five Nights at Freddy’s and be a bit confused, as the game feels different at the onset. Do not fret! The core game is still the same; however, I do have some quick tips to help you out if you’re like me and have never played a Five Nights at Freddy’s game before.
1. Do not worry about the ventilation system.
Sure, it is a new feature and may come off as overwhelming at first. However, do not worry about checking it like you would the regular cameras. You will hear when an animatronic is up above you, and that is when you should check. I do recommend sealing a vent automatically so that there are only four to check instead of the standard five. Also, when you see the animatronic, make sure to seal that vent ASAP!
2. Always reboot your audio, cameras, and ventilation system immediately.
This may seem like a no-brainer, but it is crucial to do this as fast as possible. Your camera system will let you know what is malfunctioning so do not delay. The longer you wait, the worse things are going to get… Trust me. I do recommend never rebooting all unless all three system are down. The “reboot all” process takes quite awhile and will by no means save you any time.
