So, long story incredibly short here, Destructoid posted an article about Guillermo Del Toro’s studio in the works on a Fallout 4 trailer. PR reps for said studio sent Destructoid an email response demanding they take down the article as they were breaking a “non-disclosure agreement” with the company. The oversight in this instance is that Destructoid did not ever agree to or sign an NDA with the studio. The fact that they company was concerned that a written document agreement was not adhered to inadvertently confirms the truth in the article.
Isn’t it funny how the system works? Looks like some poor PR intern will take the blame for this debacle and the studio will be forced to release information earlier than intended. Attention to detail is essential!
So what do you think about this? Fallout 3 was such an incredible success it seemed inevitable that Bethesda would release Fallout 4.
