Top Dance Songs Of 2014

I live in Miami, FL, Magic City USA. My city is famous for beaches, amazing weather, Hispanic culture, beautiful women, and clubs. Oh, and hurricanes, can’t forget those. I love Miami, and I thank God for it, but there are tons of drugs, sex, violence, temptation, and alcohol all over the place. The soundtrack to all of this has been dance, hip-hop, Reggaeton, and EDM music. Lyrics, album covers, and music videos of these genres are full of barely clothed women, drugs, sexual dancing, foul language, and even demonic imagery.

Bottom line, it’s tough for a Christian to party, and get their grove on!

Since I refuse to listen to those songs because of the already mentioned reasons, I would scour iTunes or other sites to find music that I could blast in my car instead of listening to the garbage on the radio. Years of research, head bobbing, and hundreds of albums later I have a pretty tight playlist. Looking through all my music, I decided that I definitely could make a 2014 playlist of my personal favorite party tracks.

My purpose for this is that you can open this page and use it at your next party, instead of having to listen to secular artists talk trash. The list below is setup by genre, and you can purchase each song by clicking the link!

God bless, and remember to party responsibly.

I hope you enjoyed my list. Let me know below in the comments if you were able to use this at a party or get-together.

Which songs should I have added (It has to be 2014!)? Which ones were your favorite? What are some safe ways you think that Christians can enjoy a party?

Heaven by Group 1 Crew ft Jonathan Thulin and Dance Like Nobody’s Watching by Family Force 5

Hey Dee, thanks for viewing my article! Yeah, I actually have that Heaven song, and I do enjoy it BUT I feel it’s a little….tame for a party. Especially the part with Jonathan Thulin singing the chorus, it sounds a little slow. If it had the same energy throughout the song then yes.

The other one by FF5 I hadn’t heard it, but when I did, it was…..ok. It wouldn’t have met my standards, BUT it’s a great song 🙂 Thanks for sharing them!
