Full House Spin-Off in 2016

People have been clamoring for a Full House reunion for years. Well, as of last night, “You got it dude”.

Last night, on Jimmy Kimmel Live, John Stamos, announced that Netflix has ordered a 13 episode spin-off of the 90’s sitcom hit titled
“Fuller House” that will bring the Tanners into the 21st century. Since the show is still in its infancy, the only thing we know about the show is what Stamos stated in his interview with Kimmel last night.

The main cast of the original series

The show will begin with sort of a planned reunion with the original cast. Based on the interview, we could be sure that John Stamos, known as Uncle Jesse in the original, and Mr. Danny Tanner himself, Bob Saget, will be on the show. Also, since the show will be based on her role as DJ Tanner, Candace Cameron Bure will be on the show. The show will also feature Jodie Sweetin, who plays Stephanie Tanner, and DJ Tanner’s best friend Kimmy Gibler will be once again played by Andrea Barber. I don’t think I’m going out on a limb here when I say that Dave Coulier will probably reprise his role as Joey Gladstone in the show.

The show is aimed to premier on Nextflix sometime in 2016. Stamos did not confirm, nor deny, that the Olsen Twins, Mary Kate, and Ashley, will be involved in the show once again as the lovable Michelle Tanner.  I feel like the reunion wouldn’t be complete without having the pair in the show some way, somehow. Same goes for Lori Loughlin who played Rebecca Donaldson Katsopolis in the original series.

For now, just get used to seeing the news about the show “Everywhere you look”.

Mike Pyatt

Michael Pyatt Jr is a young, laid back, Christian from Washington, DC. His pleasures in life include his family, friends, his church, and spending time with God. While Michael seems to have a lot of knowledge in a lot of areas, the two areas where he shows the most passion is music, and sports. When he's not focusing on work, and studying IT at the University of the District of Columbia, he likes producing musical tracks. While his music may be mainly hip-hop, he doesn't mind creating other types of music.
